You can return your order within 14 days after delivery. Returns are only accepted when the product packaging is undamaged, and the product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original labels attached. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order through the webshop.

If you wish to return an item, please write the last 4 digits of your order confirmation number clearly on the return package. The shipping costs for returned products are at your own expense.

After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, usually within 14 days after receiving the return.

Rovekid cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we recommend using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
