Definitions

The following definitions apply to these terms and conditions:

• Rovekid: the webshop and brand operating under these terms and conditions

• Customer: any individual purchasing products from Rovekid for personal use

• Products: all items offered through the Rovekid webshop

Rovekid Terms & Conditions

General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between Rovekid and the customer. By visiting our website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including the total order amount and shipping costs. Orders are generally dispatched within 5 working days after payment has been received, unless stated otherwise.

If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, Rovekid reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Rovekid also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

Prices & Payment

All prices listed on the webshop are in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Additional costs caused by incorrect address details, customs procedures, import duties, or export duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed. Rovekid cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or because it was not collected at a pickup point, additional shipping costs for resending the parcel may be charged to the customer.

Returns

Customers may return products within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging, and with all labels attached.

To return an item, customers must clearly write the last 4 digits of their order confirmation number on the return package.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, Rovekid will process the refund within 14 days where possible.

Rovekid cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance.

Safety Disclaimer

At Rovekid, safety is extremely important to us. All products are carefully produced and inspected throughout the production process. Parents and caregivers are advised to regularly check garments during use and after washing to ensure they remain safe for children.

Small parts, cords, drawstrings, and packaging materials should always be used under adult supervision. Damaged or loose components should be repaired or replaced before further use.

Rovekid cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of our products. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising the safe use of all items.

Liability

Rovekid cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use, misuse, or malfunction of products purchased through the webshop.

Rovekid is also not liable for inaccuracies, typing errors, or information displayed on third-party websites linked to our webshop.

Privacy

Personal information provided by customers is only used for processing orders, customer service, newsletters, and improving the webshop experience. Customer information will never be sold or shared with third parties unless necessary for payment or delivery services.

Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
